A visit to The Goldfish Connection

The Goldfish Connection is a show quality goldfish importing business owned and operated by Rick and May Hess, located near Erie Pennsylvania. Saturday, June 1st, I had a chance to visit them and see all their lovely goldfish in person!

I also had the honor of presenting Rick with a plaque of appreciation from the GGN and its members, for everything Rick and May bring to the goldfish collecting hobby. The words on the plaque, created by Annette (Rubianne) and Carol (CJ) explain it best...

It was finding Rick's website that entirely changed my view of goldfish, and inspired the growth of my collection from my first 2 little goldfish to the nearly 50 fish I have now! My goldfish are also enjoying the benefits of the many things I am still learning from Rick's many years of experience - now I have even more filter modifications to make, after seeing Rick's place! I'll explain those another time.
